How I work
As a Wellbeing Therapist and Coach, I am a qualified in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Cognitive Behaviour Techniques. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Council. As a Healer, I am trained in Reiki and Crystals, I am also a Mindfulness Teacher.
As a healer, adding therapy and coaching has helped me develop my practice and the importance of finding a more balanced approach to life. Using the Balanced Scorecard for the Soul to review areas in your life that need your attention and setting goals related to them.
If the client will take on the responsibility of change, then I will teach them the skills and give them the tools to lead a calmer, more fulfilling and balanced life.
After an initial consultation and if the client agrees to take on the responsibility for change, then I will teach them the skills and give them the tools to lead a calmer, more fulfilling and balanced life. Together we will explore different avenues within their lives around health, money, work, family, friends and lifestyle.
Working with a holistic approach to prioritise areas for improvement and development. Sometimes these are easy, sometimes they can be very challenging, but unless you take up the challenge to evolve, in order to develop your mind, body and soul. Then you will remain where you are.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Saffron Walden, Essex where I am based and online sessions for people elsewhere on the planet. Everyone is very welcome in my practice.

What is Wellbeing Therapy
Wellbeing therapy is for those who want to make positive changes in their lives. It covers a wide range including those who are suffering with medical issues such as diabetes or eating disorders, mental health issues such as anxiety, stress or depression or addictive behaviours including drugs and alcohol.
What is the Difference between Therapy & Coaching?
Therapy & coaching go hand in hand. Therapy is very much the diagnostic part, asking those search questions to discover what the deep-down issues truly are. Coaching is the teaching of new skills and tools in order to live more positive lifestyle.
Will Hypnotherapy Work for Me?
Hypnotherapy is used to direct a person’s mind in a way that helps make changes in feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. Often people have seen stage hypnotist and worry they may end up clucking like a chicken! This is far from the case; it is more like a deep state of relaxation. Most people respond well to hypnotherapy and dependent on the issue it normally takes just one or two sessions.
How Does Healing Work?
There is no definitive answer to this, as there are many different types of healing. The easiest way to explain it is that everything is made of energy, including you. Positive energy and negative energy. If you now imagine all the cells in your body having little faces on them. Some sad, some happy. Healing is about channelling positive energy to make the cells with sad faces become happy.
What is the difference between Meditation & Mindfulness?
Meditation & mindfulness are very closely linked. Both are highly recommended for your mental well-being. Meditation is the actual practice of being still and training the mind. Mindfulness is how we bring our distracted minds back during mediation or as we go about our daily lives.
Can I do Sessions Online?
Whilst it is always preferable to do sessions face to face, in some circumstances it is more practical to do online.
These sessions can be done over numerous platforms. Hypnotherapy however cannot be done remotely, but therapy and coaching can.
